Zon Staff is sold in three places and each one takes the money, so each one refunds it. Find the way you paid below.
Lifetime licenses bought on AppSumo are covered by AppSumo's 60 day money back guarantee, which we honour in full. You may request a refund within 60 days of purchase for any reason at all, including simply changing your mind, and you do not have to explain the reason to us or to them.
Refunds are requested through AppSumo, because AppSumo took the payment. Open your AppSumo account, go to Products, find Zon Staff and use their refund request. AppSumo issues the refund to the original payment method. Once the refund is processed, the license is deactivated and the account returns to the free Starter plan.
You do not need to contact us first, and asking us instead does not delay anything: we will point you at AppSumo and, where we can, tell them the request is genuine. If the product is not doing what the listing said it does, we would rather hear about it and fix it, but that is your choice and not a condition of the refund.
Monthly plans are billed by Shopify on our behalf, so cancellations and refunds run through Shopify's billing. A plan started this way opens with a 7 day free trial, and uninstalling before the trial ends means no charge is ever raised.
After that, uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin stops the subscription at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the app stays usable until then. Shopify does not prorate a partial month back automatically. If you were charged for a month you did not use, for example because a renewal landed days after you meant to uninstall, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will ask Shopify to credit it. We approve those routinely.
The Zon Staff iPhone app is free and carries no purchase of its own. Anything bought through Apple, if that ever changes, is refunded by Apple under their own terms.
A refund ends access, it does not delete your history on the spot. Timesheets, payroll history and staff records stay in the account for 30 days so that a change of mind costs you nothing, and you can export all of it to CSV during that window. After 30 days the records are deleted. Ask us in writing and we will delete them sooner.
There are two, and they are the ordinary ones. We do not refund a license that was resold or transferred against the terms it was bought under, and we do not refund an account we have suspended for the abuse set out in the terms of service. Everything else inside the window gets refunded.
ご連絡先は support@zonstaff.com and put the word refund in the subject line. We answer within one business day, and we do not argue about it.
