Open your AppSumo account Go to Products, find Zon Staff, and click Redeem next to the license.

Land on the Zon Staff redemption page AppSumo sends you to manage.zonstaff.com/appsumo. Sign in with AppSumo, or create an account with the email you bought with.

Your tier switches on Store and staff limits are applied to your account the moment the license is verified. Nothing else to enter.

The four things that actually happen

It's usually been applied to an account you made earlier with a different email. Write to support@zonstaff.com from the address you bought with, quote the license key, and we'll move it across the same day.
That's fine and it happens a lot. Support can move a license between accounts once the AppSumo order is confirmed, and nothing you've already set up is lost.
Give it a few minutes and reload the dashboard. AppSumo tells us about the change rather than the other way around, so a slow webhook shows up as old limits. If it's still wrong after an hour, tell support and we'll apply it by hand.
Redeem it anyway, today. A license has to be redeemed within 60 days of the purchase under AppSumo's terms, and after that we can't apply it without them reissuing it.
