If it goes wrong

The four things that actually happen

It's usually been applied to an account you made earlier with a different email. Write to support@zonstaff.com from the address you bought with, quote the license key, and we'll move it across the same day.
That's fine and it happens a lot. Support can move a license between accounts once the AppSumo order is confirmed, and nothing you've already set up is lost.
Give it a few minutes and reload the dashboard. AppSumo tells us about the change rather than the other way around, so a slow webhook shows up as old limits. If it's still wrong after an hour, tell support and we'll apply it by hand.
Redeem it anyway, today. A license has to be redeemed within 60 days of the purchase under AppSumo's terms, and after that we can't apply it without them reissuing it.
