Paid plans are charged through your Shopify account in USD, on the same invoice as everything else you've installed. There's no card to enter with us and no second bill to keep track of. Charges are prorated the way Shopify prorates everything.
Workforce and Enterprise carry a per employee rate on top of the plan, $4 and $2 a month, and it only applies to people you actually pay. Below that, moving up a plan is a click and takes effect the same day.
