Paid plans are charged through your Shopify account in USD, on the same invoice as everything else you've installed. There's no card to enter with us and no second bill to keep track of. Charges are prorated the way Shopify prorates everything.
Workforce and Enterprise carry a per employee rate on top of the plan, $4 and $2 a month, and it only applies to people you actually pay. Below that, moving up a plan is a click and takes effect the same day.
Yes, properly free. Starter covers one staff member with browser clock in and scheduling, with no time limit and no card on file. Move up the day your second hire starts, and not before that.
Shopify subscriptions cancel from your admin and billing stops at the end of the period you've already paid for. Lifetime licenses bought on AppSumo carry their 60 day money back guarantee. The whole thing is written out in the refund policy.
The product is the same. A lifetime license is one payment for a fixed number of stores and staff, and it lives on your Zon Staff account rather than on your Shopify bill. Monthly plans scale with the team and bill through Shopify.
