수집하는 정보

Zon Staff runs either as an app installed on your Shopify store or as an account of its own on the dashboard at manage.zonstaff.com. Where a Shopify store is connected, we work with the data that store already holds. Either way we hold what you and your team record while you work.

• 매장 정보: Shopify 관리자에서 읽어 오는 매장명, 지점, 통화, 시간대.
• 직원 정보: 이름, 이메일, 역할, 시급, 재직 기간, 부여된 권한.
• 근무 기록: 출퇴근 기록, 휴게, 초과 근무, 승인 내역, 정정 내역.
• 근무 일정: 근무, 교대, 휴가 신청 및 여기에 첨부된 메모.
• 승인된 근무 시간과 기록된 매출에서 생성되는 급여 및 인센티브 기록.
• 기술 정보: 기기 종류, 브라우저, IP 주소, 로그인 시각.

이용 방식

We use your data to run the product you installed and nothing else. That means building rosters, recording hours, calculating payroll and commission, producing reports, and keeping a record of clock in and clock out events.

또한 서비스의 안정성을 유지하고 오류를 찾기 위해 통계 처리되거나 비식별화된 기술 정보를 이용합니다. 당사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 광고 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.

제공 대상

당사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 수탁사에만, 각 수탁사에 필요한 범위에서만 데이터를 제공합니다.

• Shopify, if you connected a Shopify store: the app runs inside it and bills through it. Nothing from a standalone dashboard account is shared with Shopify.
• 고객이 선택한 급여 서비스. 승인된 근무 시간의 내보내기나 연동을 요청하신 경우에 한합니다.
• 계약을 체결한 클라우드 호스팅, 이메일 발송, 오류 모니터링 사업자.
• AppSumo, for customers who bought a lifetime license there. We receive the license key, the tier and the email address on the order, so that the right plan can be applied to the right account. We do not send them anything about your store, your staff or your hours.
• 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우의 수사기관 또는 규제기관.

The current list of processors, what each one does and where it holds data is on the security page. We do not sell personal data to anybody, and we do not share it for advertising.

셀피 출근 사진

셀피 출근은 선택 기능이며 매장 소유자가 켜기 전까지는 꺼져 있습니다. 켜져 있는 경우 출근을 찍는 순간 사진이 촬영되어 해당 근무 기록 하나에 저장됩니다.

사진은 고객이 권한을 부여한 관리자에게만 표시됩니다. 얼굴 인식에 사용되지 않고, 매장 외부로 제공되지 않으며, 해당 근무 기록과 함께 삭제됩니다. 기능을 끄시면 기존 사진은 설정에서 일괄 삭제할 수 있습니다.

보관 기간

Active data is kept for as long as your account is open, or for as long as the app is installed on your Shopify store. When you close the account or uninstall, we retain your records for 30 days so that coming back does not lose your history, then delete them. Payroll records may be retained longer where local law requires it, and anything we keep beyond that point is aggregated or anonymised.

이용자의 권리

거주 지역에 따라 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 이동, 삭제를 요구하고 일부 처리에 대해 거부할 권리가 있을 수 있습니다. 매장 소유자는 앱에서 언제든지 근무 기록과 급여 이력, 직원 정보를 CSV로 내보낼 수 있습니다.

직원은 먼저 고용주에게 문의하시기 바랍니다. 고용 관련 데이터의 관리자는 매장 소유자이며 당사는 수탁자의 지위에 있습니다. 그것이 어려운 경우 당사로 직접 연락해 주십시오.

GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA

Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, the store owner is the controller of their staff data and Zon Staff acts as the processor. We process personal data only on documented instructions from the controller, we require confidentiality from everyone with access to it, and we assist with data subject requests. A data processing agreement covering these terms, including the standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EEA and the United Kingdom, is available on request from support@zonstaff.com.

Under the CCPA, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the Act, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. California residents may exercise their rights of access, deletion and correction through the same address, and we will not discriminate against anyone who does.

Data is processed on infrastructure in the United States. The security page sets out how it is encrypted, who inside the company can reach it, and how long backups are kept.
