我们收集什么

Zon Staff runs either as an app installed on your Shopify store or as an account of its own on the dashboard at manage.zonstaff.com. Where a Shopify store is connected, we work with the data that store already holds. Either way we hold what you and your team record while you work.

• 店铺信息：店铺名称、门店、货币和时区，读取自您的 Shopify 后台。

我们如何使用

We use your data to run the product you installed and nothing else. That means building rosters, recording hours, calculating payroll and commission, producing reports, and keeping a record of clock in and clock out events.

我们还会使用汇总和去标识化的技术数据来保障服务稳定并排查缺陷。我们不出售个人数据，也不会将其用于训练广告模型。

我们与谁共享

我们仅与提供服务所必需的处理方共享数据，且仅共享各方所需的部分：

• Shopify, if you connected a Shopify store: the app runs inside it and bills through it. Nothing from a standalone dashboard account is shared with Shopify.
• 您选择的工资服务商，当您要求我们导出或同步已审核工时时。
• 已签署合同的云托管、邮件发送和错误监控服务商。
• AppSumo, for customers who bought a lifetime license there. We receive the license key, the tier and the email address on the order, so that the right plan can be applied to the right account. We do not send them anything about your store, your staff or your hours.

The current list of processors, what each one does and where it holds data is on the security page. We do not sell personal data to anybody, and we do not share it for advertising.

自拍打卡照片

自拍打卡为可选功能，在店主开启之前始终处于关闭状态。开启后，系统会在打卡的那一刻拍摄一张照片，并将其与该条考勤记录一同保存。

照片仅对您授予权限的管理者可见。这些照片绝不会用于人脸识别，绝不会共享至您的店铺之外，并会随其所属的考勤记录一同删除。若您关闭该功能，可在设置中清除已有照片。

我们保存多久

Active data is kept for as long as your account is open, or for as long as the app is installed on your Shopify store. When you close the account or uninstall, we retain your records for 30 days so that coming back does not lose your history, then delete them. Payroll records may be retained longer where local law requires it, and anything we keep beyond that point is aggregated or anonymised.

您的权利

视您所在地区而定，您可能有权访问、更正、导出或删除您的个人数据，并对某些处理活动提出异议。店主可随时在应用中将工时表、工资记录和员工档案导出为 CSV。

员工应先联系其雇主，因为店主是其雇佣数据的控制者，我们仅作为处理者。若无法联系，可直接写信给我们。

GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA

Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, the store owner is the controller of their staff data and Zon Staff acts as the processor. We process personal data only on documented instructions from the controller, we require confidentiality from everyone with access to it, and we assist with data subject requests. A data processing agreement covering these terms, including the standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EEA and the United Kingdom, is available on request from support@zonstaff.com.

Under the CCPA, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the Act, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. California residents may exercise their rights of access, deletion and correction through the same address, and we will not discriminate against anyone who does.

Data is processed on infrastructure in the United States. The security page sets out how it is encrypted, who inside the company can reach it, and how long backups are kept.
